Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

The Program

Kritt Real Estate Text Messaging is operated by Kritt Real Estate LLC, a Texas-licensed real estate brokerage owned by broker Jeremy Kritt. When you opt in, we send one-to-one text messages related to your real estate needs: showing confirmations and reminders, listing and offer updates, transaction status, appointment scheduling, and replies to questions you send us.

Message frequency varies depending on where things stand in your search or transaction. Some weeks that’s several messages, other weeks none at all. We text you about your business with us, not on a promotional schedule.

Cost & Carriers

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent between you and us, according to your wireless plan. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we’ll send one final message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and then the texts end. Opting out of texts doesn’t affect anything else we’re doing together; we’ll just reach you by phone or email instead. If you change your mind later, tell us and we’ll start texting again.

Your Privacy

How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy. The part that matters most here: your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are never sold, and no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
